Idris Haroon

After an impressive college football career at the University of Arizona and a professional in the Canadian Football League, I decided to hang up the cleats. I was able to complete a bachelor’s degree in human development and a master’s degree in business management, which helped me understand the human behavior dynamic in the workplace and how to successfully manage through it. Attending a major university and playing football taught me so much and I was eager to share my experiences with the world. I knew that my ability to work within a team, and lead teams, my work ethic, drive, and toughness, gave me the advantage over most people. So, I bottled up all my skills and experiences learned through sports and began to share them with the world.

I consider myself an expert with over 20 years of experience in the workplace industry, where I have led and supported various initiatives and projects to enhance company culture, employee experience, and operational efficiency. My passion is to create work environments that are engaging, productive, and aligned with the organizational goals and values.

I have a strong background in facilities management, space planning, design, wellness, safety, and technology, as well as a master’s degree in business management and a Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification. In my previous roles, I have partnered with stakeholders across different regions and brands to deliver workplace services and strategies that meet the needs and expectations of the employees and the business. I have also successfully managed the return to office initiatives and the health and safety protocols for the post-pandemic workplace. As a Workplace Consultant, I leverage my skills and expertise to help organizations optimize their workplace performance and outcomes.

Over the past 20 years, I had the opportunity to lead workplace service departments for large global organizations such as The Salvation Army, YMCA, AmerisourceBergen, Match Group, and Fidelity Investments. I have been recognized for being a high-passion, high-energy individual. My reputation for enhancing company culture and building consensus among different levels of organizations has led to many accomplishments in my career.
